Returns

Items that are unopened and in re-sellable condition can be returned with a receipt within 1 year of purchase. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Items opened, damaged and/or not in re-sellable condition will not be eligible for return. Parts cannot be returned if installation has been attempted. New product exchanges are handled in the same manner as returns. 


Shipping

Shipping services will soon be available in select areas. In the meantime, you can pick up your online orders at your preferred Lordco Auto Parts retail location.
